Holy fuck! I hit new record of 100 reps barbell press of 70 Kilogrammes (155 lbs.) at 100 reps in 5 sets of 20!! 77 kilogramme chest pulls (170 lb.) 50 situps with a 20 kilogramme weight on my chest!! That 95 to 97.5 kilogramme goal of added muscle by summer is a reality now! I can not wait to add some Tbol to MGP Tren/EQ 20 week cycle!!

Broke a new record tonight! 50 deadlifts at 27.5 kilogrammes (60 lbs) from crouching on floor, standing up, reverse arm position and press over my head freestanding! Not bad for a dude all busted up and filled with steel!! Can not wait to get this to 45.5 kilogrammes (100 lbs)! 100 reps barbells at 78 kilogrammes and leg extensions 75 reps at 80 kilogrammes (175 lbs)!!

Not bad for a dude who was not expected to live after being hit by two cars, much less walk again huh?
