All exercises increase metabolic rate to some degree. Are you talking about EPOC where your caloric expenditure is higher? I'm confused by your question

i mean.... is your metabolism .. elevated during training and after training? is that hard to understand?
no simply about the rate of working out will help
because if you can train mutiple times a day it might help you if it actually helps you raise mb throughout the day

You're over thinking the shit out of this bro. Any increase in metabolism is a negligible point in contrast to what really matters.....the training itself, what you exactly did during the training, your diet, etc

Working out more times per day just for the metabolic increase would cause you more harm than good more than likely. You have to balance hypertrophy and recovery, and when recovery isnt adequate your progress suffers and your body breaks down

i am not talking about weightlifting i am talking about aerobic HIT workouts... like burpees and stuff.... several times per day .. in contrast to only one specific hour in the day
