Mens health magazines are absolute garbage

"Your muscles can only use 25-35 grams of protein in one sitting". Can you believe these idiots print that garbage, even after it has been debunked a thousand times. And they always have a photoshopped picture of some random celebrity, showing off their brand new six pack "3 EASY STEPS TO THE BRAD PITT 6 PACK, IN ONLY TWO SHORT WEEKS!" and another great one is the always popular "CHECK OUT DR OZS FAVOURITE NEW SUPERFOOD FOR PACKING ON 12 LBS OF MUSCLE AND BURNING BELLY FAT, YOU WONT BELIEVE WHICH COUNTRY ITS FROM!".

Bunch of idiots.

Just to reiterate, I hate mens health magazines.
 
these magazine are used to sell advertising more than anything... they are filled with nonsense most of the time... its great to read what some of the pros do for their training etc... but that is more so for fun and entertainment... there are some things that are good to implement but there is more nonsense than anything in these magazines... sometimes there is a gem of info but things like mens health for example are filled with bull shit...
 
It's denfitely a big gimmick with these magazines but w lot of people unfortunately lol to them for diet and training advice. It all comes down to what generates dollars, and the info there is nothing but a big advertisement for something else usually
