Cwrose1 Active member Nov 13, 2016 #21 My main staple is seasoned chicken and rice. Tuna, cottage cheese and Greek yogurt are also there. Occasionally a PBJ sandwich is thrown in there and a whole grain cereal with almond milk round it out. Occasionally I'll have a veggie burger too.
