please help, what i want is a meal plan for shredding, i need to fit in the macros using only the foods i mention, i would pay for this plan

Chicken
Salmon
Rice
Sweet potatoes
Beef
Eggs
Almonds
Cottage cheese
Brocoli
Peanut butter


I wake up everyday at 7 am and do fasting cardio, train at 6 PM, and sleep at 12 PM

I need a cutting diet, starting with maybe 100-200 grams carb and lowering up to 50 grams carbs .
 
bro., i cant possibly design you a meal plan... that takes a ton of time i do not have... can you ask me a specific question please... what your asking is completely unreasonable... i get thousands of questions a week that i have to answer... if you have something more specific to ask, then i can help
 
Just count your macros/calories
1 cup egg whites is 125 calories and 25g protein for example
200g chicken breast is 40g protein. 1 cup oats is 300 calories. See, easy, now just design meals while counting
 
Use my fitnesspal im asumming you know your maintenance calories and tapering down?..

Dude it's easy lol just take the foods you mentioned and eat them at reasonable times throughout the day. Make sure you time your carbs right. - good post workout meal would be white (I prefer jasmine) and salmon (I prefer cod salmon is too fishy for me)
