i get a 2 hour massage every sunday and ever since i started doing that its night and day... you dont understand just how fucked up your muscles and body are when you work as hard as we do... not only that, it rids your body of all the toxins you carry etc.. its basically a must for us...

I love my massages. I used to get 2 or 3 a week but these days it's more like 1 massage every 2 months. Been tightening the purse strings. Boy I miss em though.

I have a good friend who loves close - she gives the best sports massage. We normally trade if I buy her a bottle of wine or something I know she wants. I carry a ton of stress in my hips and I always forget to stretch them so it's am like a god send once I get that massage.

its pretty awesome. it hurts but not as bad as i expected from people telling me...

what hurt the most is getting my Calf rolled with a pvc pipe for myo fascial release. now THAT hurts

Deep tissue massages are money. Has helped my shoulder tendinitis tremendously.

i get a super deep tissue that often leaves me cursing or yelling but in the end its mind blowing how much it does each time... my massage therapist laughs all the time at my responses especially being that my back is such an issue... its often out of place and she actually shifts the sciatic nerve through manipulation and massage and that is a painful fucking thing but the results make me feel so fresh and strong...
