Low T, thinking of TRT

Hi Dylan!

im from Sweden. I could use some advice/guidance from you. Im 26 years old im i have tested my blood levels for 3 years now and my testo are 200-250 ng/dL every time. I have gained alot of weight and its fat(current stats: 210 lb, im 5´9 tall) 3 years ago i weigh 170. I also have alot of other symptoms like, low mood, sleep issues, no energy etc. But i dont have a problem with sex drive or erections and i have tested my sperms and they are fine. However these other symptoms im feeling are kinda destroying my life, i cant keep up in school (University) and i cant go to the gym and lift cuz i feel like shit for 3-4 days after.

Im thinking of putting my sperms at a hospital to have them storage there until me and my girlfriend decides to have a baby. In Sweden doctors dont give TRT, so i have to go and buy on the black market and treat my self. I was thinking around 80-100 mg/week of Testo Cypionate and have an AI like armidex or aromasin at hand if i have trouble with estradiol and some Hcg just in case. I have been fighting with this for over 3 years now and i starting to lose hope. I know that if im starting a TRT its for life and im young so it kinda sucks but what else should i do??

The reason im writing to you is that i need some advice on how long i should cycle or if i should take the Cypionate every week the hole year. How, when and for how long i schould take the AI and perhaps the Hcg. I need a TRT-plan so i dont fuck up literally speaking.

Thank you for your Youtube-channel and i hope to hear from you.

If you are testing low in testosterone ...you need to determine the cause of your low Testosterone
There are many reasons for being low...including high BF..iron or zinc imbalance...depression..corticosteroid use..prescription medications...recreational drugs etc etc
You can't asume you need TRT...you need to be properly evaluated

What you are doing is like saying you have been having severe headaches and assuming you have a brain tumor.so you want to self prescribe chemo therapy

i agree with buen... have you ran any steroids in the past? did the doctors even attempt to look for any reasoning behind this?

Low T at 26 yrs is not typical.

I don't know if this applies to you, but there have been studies suggesting over-training and stress will cause a low T condition even at your age.

Best bet is to take Dylan and Buen's advice and seek out a doctor to pin point the reason.

I'm sure there are a lot of factors possibly in your diet and lifestyle contributing to these test numbers. At any rate I would explore all possibilities to raise it before resorting to TRT. At your age that is a huge commitment and Avery big step to take without trying to solve the problem

I have not ran steriods in the past and all my blood levels are fine except the testo. I have trained cross-country skiing at a pretty high level when i were about 14-20 years old.I also have psoriasis so maybe the treatment of the psoriasis have something to do whit my T levels? Maybe i need to change my diet, what should i eat and not eat? Thanks for all the answers. / Hampertone
