Low T and cycling

I know what you’re thinking. Stupid, right?
A little about me. I’m 29, 220, 5’9, 18%bf
I’ve cycled a couple times. I did a test EQ cycle dosing 400T 600Eq for 12 weeks. It was my first cycle. I took about a year and a half off and decided to try Deca which I regret. I saw massive increase in strength which I ran with Test E. I skipped on the dbol though I had it on hand. Long story short, I took clomid and nolva for pct. I’ve been over for a year and a half and went to the doctor as I had felt depressed, couldn’t keep my weight down. They drew bloods and told me I would be prescribed TRT. I lost my job and thus my insurance. I’ve been dieting and exercising and though I feel better, I still know my test levels are low. I don’t want to screw myself up more and I know to not even consider cycling given my current state. Outside of those factors, on a low dose test (which I CAN afford right now) hold me over until I get insurance back. Is there anything I can do? I’d love to get back on EQ but seems I can’t find enough information on forums about getting levels decent enough to run another cycle. Common sense says to end it all and just wait but would a low dose 100mg a week work to hold me over? I screwed myself over, I’m aware. But I felt great on test and EQ. I haven’t moved forward in buying anything nor am i planning to. I’m moreso looking for some more educated opinions. Is this the end of the line for me?

your body fat is too high to be cycling anything other than trt right now... its not the end of the line but your not in the right condition for steroid use... period... you can use sarms with trt, but definitely have no business using any other steroid...

I appreciate your feedback. I’m definitely not looking to cycle until I get everything in order. Thank you, sir!

Thanks so much for the reply. Currently it’s split out into about 6 meals. I really only do 5 and it’s hard because my appetite suffers. I do 50g of carbs, 50 grams of protein 15g fats and a cup of vegetables with a meal replacement shake . A typical day would be
Breakfast, oats avocado and a protein shake
-Meal 2 will be anything from brown rice, black beans to russet potato’s. Some olive oil and salmon or a boneless skinless chicken and asparagus or broccoli.
-Meal3 meal replacement
Meal4 would be same as above just switching the meat
And meal 5 being the same.

I’ve been having to eat less in one sitting as well with this diet and when I go back to eat, it’s making me want to vomit.
My training is tougher because I feel like a prepubescent boy. I feel decent with what I eat but I’m a lot weaker and i know it. I feel I’m eating too much for what I’m capable of doing but I’m trying to keep it as clean as possible.
