I will try to explain further on what Jake was getting at. The minimum effective dose. The headache was a good example, but this Minimum Effective Dose( MED) applies to every drug there is. So let's use tylenol. It comes in regular strength at 325 mgs per tab. For some 2 of these is all it takes. For some it takes two extra strength tylenols at 500mgs each. What we do know is that one regular strength does very little and too much leads to death. Too much of any drug follows the law of diminishing returns, and too little can give you side effects but no good effects. So the MDR is not cut in stone and may vary from person to person. The more people who use these drugs, and for the longer duration is when we start to know what is a good dose.
In the world of aas we have much experience and much time. So we can go back to the 60's and see what was used for how long and how much. We then use this knowledge to set up our own cycles. The safest way is to always start low.
Our Dbol experience goes back a long way, and was found to be effective in some guys at 20mgs.These would be the younger first timers. Then larger guys that are above 250lbs and have done a few cycles seem to handle 50mg. I would not advise this though.
So when starting dbol I would go for somewhere like 25 mgs. You have to see for yourself, and find your own dose. At 10mgs we can pretty much tell you that you will get hardly any effect at all but you can still count on your liver being in a fight. So you would have no effects...only side effects.
Over the past year or so I have come to really respect the guys on this board. Dylan,Rick, all of the mods and even just members collectively can probably answer any question you may have. On your your part all that you need to do is ask and then listen. You will be properly advised...that you can count on!
