Looking for some knowledge and critiques.

Body fat % 21
Years of training 17 with a 4-5 year on and off break.
Complete cycle history (compounds, doses, lengths of time, when they were run)
Over 10 cycles
About everything Test/tren/deca/win/diol/Dnp/gh etc etc
PCT for each cycle proper pct every time!
Adex/nolva/hcg accompanied by the proper supplements
Goals 230 10 percent bf
Supplements (if any) I have an entire arsenal but looking for structure advise along with this current cycle.
General idea of nutrition (any food allergies???)
Masters in nutrition/fish allergies
Any other relevant info (injuries, surgeries you've had, etc.)
Note that I have been in the gym for 2 months lite.
Cardio and Circuit training so I don’t jump back in first day with a cycle. Getting my jump started.

1-14 Test Cyp 600mg MWF 200 each
1-8 Tri tren 75 EOD
1-2 dbol 25 mg ed
8-14 50mg Win ed
1-14 aromasin 12.5 Ed
1-14 Adex.25 eod
Pct
On hand Adex/aromasin/hcg/clomid
Also on hand as would like to work in
S4 and LGD - I have never taken Sarms. Would like to throw those in and give them a try.
200 ius of GH but thinking since receptors are fresh not needing this.
