Hello guys,
I’m new here and would appreciate your help.
I’m mostly looking for:
1) strength,
2) gaining muscle mass and better aesthetics,
3) better high intensity / low duration cardio,
4) better mobility and flexibility.
I’m doing a mix of weight training and cardio.
I've looked up at AAS but as I suspected I very soon realised they were clearly not for me. I've also no interest in going pro nor willing to go as fast as possible.
Sarms may be a better choice. I'm looking at near-zero undesirable effects, even if it means slower progression.
I'm concerned about the S4 vision impairing effects.
I've tried to come up with a mix:
Cardarine GW (20mg in the morning) - for endurance,
LGD4033 (5 to 10 mg in the morning) - for strength,
Ostarine Mk2866 (25 mg in the morning) - for joints,
for 12 weeks followed by 4 weeks of Clomid (50/3x25mg).
+ Nutrobal Mk677 (25 mg in the afternoon) as a sidekick running along
I'm no expert at all, even if I learned a lot thanks to this forum, and maybe sarms are not for me either, so any advice would be much appreciated.
We always live better safe than sorry.
