I'm looking for input on putting together long term plan to maximize strength and performance while training for my next 3 comps and staying in a 231 weight class. Plan is to Blast and cruise with a sarms bridge.
Competition schedule
March 25
July 1
End of November
Current cycle 5 weeks in
1-16 450 test E
1-16 800 EQ
10-16 50mg TBol
Aromasin 12.5 3xweek
Was going to add in:
8-20 gw
8-20 MK for a few small injuries aches and pains.
Looking to peak for march comp and use a bridge going into July comp then blasting again for November.
