Pm me for Robolics GAINS!

Thanks Saiyan and Hipo. Today was Dday...I went to CT and got the bloodwork done. It was as easy as people had told me in my bloodwork thread. I showed up nice and early...gave them my paperwork, signed in, initialed something on paperwork...in to get blood drawn. All in all, took 5 minutes for an hour and twenty minute drive lol. I was nervous about nothing :)

Drove back and went directly to the gym. Walked 10 minutes to warm myself up before I started workout. I did chest with my partner and actually convinced him to do incline bench :) 225x15, 275x5, 295x3, 315x3, 225x12 to finish. I was a little surprised about the low reps with 275 but the rest of the numbers were good. I went up a rep on 315....and I don't mind doing more reps these days if I've done good power numbers. I guess you could say I'm growing in my training in that aspect. Finished the workout with cables...5x15 for lower chest and 5x15 mid chest. 25 minutes more cardio....1 mile consecutive, .1 walk, another mile, walked until 25 minutes. Wind was good...friggin back hurt during 2nd mile. I'll get there.

Leg day today. It was one of the best leg workouts I've had in some time. I decided to move all my squat weights up 50lbs to see if I could actually do it. The answer was yes but it was intense as hell. 365x10, 405x8, 455x6, 495x4 (video posted on YouTube), and 525x2 (video posted on YouTube) finished the session. At some point, I tweaked my lower back...didn't think much of it until later when workout was finished. 4 sets lying leg curls; 2 sets curl up, alt single leg to lower weight...2 sets curl up, hold in contracted position for 5 seconds before lowering. 5 sets leg extensions one leg....5 sets calves finished. Warmed down with 25 min walking on TM.

I did arms today. That tweak with my lower back that I mentioned yesterday got a little stiffer so I did some light arm work. All reps were in 10-15 range and exercises were selected specifically to put least amount of stress on lower back. I did 30 minutes walking for cardio today. Hoping I'll be better tomorrow for shoulders...if not, all cardio day.

Shoulder day today. With my lower back still a little tender, I decided to change up my routine. Rather than do heavy compound movements followed by iso movements, I did the opposite. 5 sets of rear delts, front delts, and side delts in the 10-20 rep range...and then I did presses. It worked really well....weight was lower on pressing and no tweaking. 25 minute walk ended my session.

Lagged on updates for a few days. Both weekend days were 1 hour cardio sessions of just walking followed by core work.

This morning was back day. Compound movement was weight pull ups BW+45 5x5 which went pretty well. Followed that with 5 sets of hammer rows, kept in 10-15 rep range....5 sets hammer pulldowns again 10-15 rep ranges...finished with 5 sets cable rows, 10 reps. Cardio was 30 minutes elliptical as my lower back appears to be back to 100%

Bloodwork results came back today. There were some surprises and some things that I was aware of. My kidney function came back as troublesome...but that's been a known issue for me. My potassium also came back high...so I have to cut back on the supplement I take for that. My RBC is high which I suspected...I need to start donating blood. My test levels were 831.9, I have no idea if that is bad or good but I feel absolutely great and I'm growing so it doesn't bother me at all. Final surprise was my Estradiol levels were very high. I've been taking armomasin EOD and I was taking proviron so I'm really surprised to see a high estrogen number....and I don't feel like I have any high estrogen sides....very odd to me.

Edit: Here we go again with me uploading things...going to have to figure this out or just send to Hipo. Basically gave you guys a snapshot of my results.

Chest day today. Compound movement was flat bench. 225x15, 275x10, 315x8, 365x1, 405x0 (failed again...this is getting old!) Iso work was 5x15 hammer decline and 5x15 incline cable work. Cardio was 45 minutes....3 mile run followed by some walking....my running continues to improve as I do it more frequently.

Leg day today. My partner wanted to do legs at his gym again so we went there. I had planned on doing deads while he squatted but the other rack was taken...so I joined him in squats. We have been talking about my squat video and how I squat for the last week...it always amazes my partner how narrow my stance was. So today, I decided to let him mess with my stance and widen it out. The results were interesting. My strength was a little less but not significantly so. The biggest thing I noticed was some of the muscles in my quad that was hit with a wider stance that I didn't normally hit. So sets were 225x15, 315x10, 405x5, 455x3, 500x2 I def felt like I could've gotten more reps in the 405-455 sets BUT I kinda wanted to feel how heavier weight would feel widened out so I saved some extra for that 500. All in all, not bad. I guess I'll stick with the wider stance...it allows me to go ATG and I felt sturdier once I got comfortable. 5 sets leg extensions, 3 sets leg curls, 3 sets DB SLDL @125, 3 sets calf raises ended the session. 30 minutes walking was my cardio.

Shoulder day today. Seated militaries: 135x10, 185x10, 205x8, 225x3, 225x3. Iso movements: reverse pec dec 5x15, lateral raise machine 5x12, DB front raise 5x10. I was a little surprised at the 225 but that's all I had so I did a few reps there rather than increase weight. Cardio was 35 minutes on elliptical.

I'm in the home stretch of this log at this point. I did arms a few days back. Bi's were 5x10 alt db curls followed by 5 sets on plate loaded hammer curl machine. I kept DB's light and got really nice pump....hammer stuff was some strength training and more reps. Tri's I did weighted dips for the first time in awhile. BW+45 (10), BW+90 (8), BW+135 (6), BW+180 (4), BW+205 (2)...rest of the workout was cable tri work. 30 minutes elliptical cardio.

My last two days were an hour of cardio with core work. Yesterday was 12 min hit followed by walking...today was all walking.

I did back today. My core exercise was BB rows and they went really well. 225x10, 275x8, 315x6, 365x4, 405x2, 425x2 After that I did some cable work. 5x10 pulldowns and I changed the extension to a less wide D grip handle and it really hit lats well. 5x10 v grip pull downs had similar good results. 5 sets chin to waist finished the workout....i made a small change to this workout. Instead of standing straight up, I leaned forward and it seemed to hit a little better. 35 minutes run/walking finished my session.

Shoulder day today. I ran solo so I did standing militaries for first time in awhile. 135x15, 185x10, 205x8, 215x4, 225x1. 5x10 face pulls, 5x8 upright rows, 3 sets side laterals, 3 sets front laterals. cardio was an hour...12 min hit on stair mill followed by 48 min walking 4MPH 5 incline.

Took final pics today. Most impressive pic to my eyes was my back double bi pics before and after. I'll post tomorrow after I get the app to do side by side and edit the pic to cover my tattoo.

Did they ask for ID when you got blood work?

They did not and I wish I had known this before. I would've done mid and end bloodwork...and it would've made a big difference because I could've adjusted for my high estrogen and made my T count look better for Hipo.

This will be the final post in the blog. I'd like to thank Hipo for selecting me. I tried my best to update my workouts as much as possible. As I said in the post above, it really sucks that my state doesn't allow me to get bloods easier...because I could've adjusted for my high estrogen count midway and given Hipo the bloods he deserves! I still felt great all the way through and had some great results. As I've told Hipo privately, I'll use him for my gear as long as he stays in the game so to speak. I selected the double bi back pose to show the difference. You should see significant change in my shoulder and arms...and some change in lats. I put on 15 lbs during the cycle.

Thanks a lot for your log, for your words and for your effort.

We all know how hard is to be in a cycle and how many things you need to take in consideration.

As I told you privately, I´m very very glad you noticed how your body changed. You did a hell of a log. Next person I would select for that should try very hard to impress me :)

Congrats for completing your cycle!

Hipo
