Liver issues

Make a long story short guys, I've had high urobilinogen in my urine for a while now. My ast alt are fine, however my alkaline phosphatase levels are high too. The doctors have been baffled as to what is causing this. I even had a liver biopsy and it showed nothing severe. I am on trt. My dr thinks that is what is causing it and stopping will fix the liver issue. Is anyone on trt familiar with this? I can find virtually no research on the correlation of the 2.

I don't believe it has anything to do with your TRT personally. Do you smoke? That's one thing that can cause it. It's also related to hepatitis and cirrhosis of the liver, which could be caused by a number of things. TRT I don't see being an issue at all

Yeah no hep, did those tests as well. Dont smoke, dont drink, nothing. I havent cycled anything in a long time and if any of that caused damage it would show or been fixed by discontinuing. They literally have no clue and I've been damn confused and feeling like shit for a long time.

You would think so lol. If anything these forums have taught us over the years, you cant rely on doctors always. Just like every job out there, there are good and bad ones. I've been to 3 though that cant answer this. Thanks though figured it was worth a try here.

Do you have a blood disorder? Increased red blood cell rupturing can cause increased urobilinogen too.
See what a CBC shows. If you are often fatigued, there might be something up with your blood cells.
