Fact one: Commonly used as an expectorant, antiseptic, and local anesthetic. The glycerin ether of it is the drug guaifenesin. The related derivative, dimethoxybenzene or veratrole, is also useful in preparation of food by smoking, guaiacol is the main chemical responsible for the smoky taste.

Fact two:Guaiacol is produced in the gut of desert locusts, Schistocerca gregaria, by the breakdown of plant material. This process is undertaken by the gut bacterium Pantoea agglomeransa (Enterobacter). It is one of the main components of the pheromones that cause locust swarming.

So now you know why it stinks so damn bad and why brewers use it. As they say in Vegas in the wee hours fuck it... let it ride! If you can't see why then the cute little bus with the side ramp is awaiting your return.
 
I've used gear with it and as I sweat in the gym it was all I could smell lol... pure adrenaline and gains courtesy of BGS and his TNE.

It was a compliment bro... proof is in the pudding type comment. When something is strong as hell and you sweat it through your pores, it's gotta be fire. I've had workouts go into 3 hours all heavy af running the TNE you make bro. Definitely not an insult, I'll clean it up as i see where you got confused.
 
No problem. There's actually very little gcol used in the no esters. The stuff is amazing super solvent. We all know the saying a little goes a long way.

I've had long heavy workouts too! That's why I love that stuff. I'm a fan for sure and always recommend it.

I was like.. "damn 44, how could you not like it?" I'm not even being biased.. that shit is the truth.

Facts are facts but Isn't it also created synthetically as well and by the chemical breakdown of burnt wood? Am I reading about a different guaiacol?
