little advice on nutrution....bmr...calories

Yeah bro I'm stoked to get started......I'll be rolling in a couple weeks.... I cut out the garbage along time ago. My issue was quantity of food not quality. I'm ramping up my nutrition starting today. I'm eating a small meal every couple of hours,high protein and carbs...45/40/15.
I'm not used to eating this much...but I know Rick and Dylan and everyone here knows they're shit. I will track as best as possible once I get started...I'll be posting progress pics also. I CAN'T WAIT!!!!!!


My cardio is solid already...my endurance is solid too...thanks for the input
 
you are definitely in for a treat, brother you better make more time at the gym because you will feel like a machine on that stack.

45/40/15 is a solid split if you do weight training and cardio, it will work nicely
