Interesting question. I think if you had extremely high levels they may suspect a tumor in the pituitary gland. So if you could have this ruled out and in your medical files, it shouldn't affect your life insurance.
That's a tough one as all insurance companies have slightly different standards/protocols. I would imagine that they do their best to get the most information about you and your health so there's a possibility.
I would procede with caution any time your getting labs done on cycle superphysiological testosterone levels on labs attached too your name are going too have the potential too cause you an issue best too do on cycle labs with an anonymous place like Privatemdlabs.
To my knowledge they don't really do a hormone panel, but it probably depends on the company too. I wouldn't risk being on high levels before blood work and take the risk.....just in case
