You pretty much answered your own question bro. You haven't trained in over two weeks, and that can lead to atrophy, especially if your diet isn't structured perfect to preserve and prevent muscle wasting. Taking a week off the gym is no big deal where you won't suffer any losses, but once you start going beyond that your body is not going to maintain the same size and strength and it will slowly diminish over time without the resistance training there to maintain it

Will I get it back once I start again. Or everything went to shit and I have to start all over again. ? And yes I had stopped taking my BCAA and my protein shakes.

You most likely lost water weight. Two weeks really isn't a big deal in the big picture of things.I've taken off 3-4 weeks because of an injury & didn't notice much muscle loss at all.A lot of it is probably in your head.We are our own worst critics.Like Rick said you have to keep your diet dialed in even more so if you're not working out.GW would've helped you keep your gains also.

Very well said: it is almost 100% water loss. The key is to keep your caloric & macros intake, along with sugar and sodium, the exact same while recovering from injury. Keeping up nutritional homeostasis will guarantee that you'll retain nearly all muscle.

Thanks for all advice. I will go back to my regular training today. As well as my protein shakes . I was taking 1.5 grams of protein per body weight.

You can definitely lose fullness coming off of a cycle, which is normal but it's just glycogen and water, and not actual muscle tissue

(PM me for a price list for Biotech Labs and 10% discount)

What were your results with the 12 week cycle ? Wright Gained? Fat loss ? Increases in strength. I'm curious to know since I'm starting the same, cycle in a couple weeks. Thanks!

Muscle gain for sure. 100%
But no fat loss. LGD make you hungry so you will eat what ever gets infront of you.
