I know LGD is not prone to convert to estrogen so will it make sense to not run an ai till pct and 2 weeks post pct? Or should you be running something like aromasin at 12.5 mg eod

It should not be required to run an AI during LGD, but it's a good idea to have Aromasin on hand just in case. Some people run a low dose during the cycle for precaution or if they are estrogen sensitive, but for most it's not really necessary, and you really shouldn't even need it in PCT unless you were coming off other compounds that were aromatizing like test. In that case Aromasin would be used to prevent estrogen rebound, and enhance recovery

its very rare to see any gyno issues whatsoever with sarms use but i have seen a few instances where there was some irritation with mk and lgd use however most were running them higher than they should be and even these are very rare circumstances... for me, i don't care what im running, whether it converts to estrogen or not, i still have aromasin on hand at all times

Thanks for reply guys appreciate it. Dylan do you ever use a low dose of aromasin regardless to he on safe side when running lgd or Mk or do you play it by feel (I.e only use it when you feel your nipples are very sensitive).

Also during the first few days when I started lgd I am having an ache in my testicles. This ache is most commonly representative as a "fUll feeling" in the testies. I have had this feeling before occasionally come and go in past prior to any sarm use, but since it occurred after first day on lgd and been occasionally coming and going during first few days wondering if it's anything I need to be alarmed with. Or is it simply my test levels spiking from androgen receptors being used.

I sure you are probably just overthinking it, and it's mostly mental bro in all honesty. After one dose of LGD it's impossible to have any type of effect like that whatsoever. Now with some compounds, especially AAS, over time after you are shutdown you can have some pain and discomfort from your testes getting shutdown which is normal, but that is not the case with LGD, and certainly not after one dose. If there is any issue its not going to be related to the sarm at all in my opinion.

Also out of curiosity, how come Pure Sarms website colors are not in accordance with the substances? I.e. LGD I received is yellow in liquid but the website sais it is a different colour.

those are being fixed as they were mis marked from the start... here are the colors

MK = BLUE

S4= GREEN

LGD = YELLOW

GW = RED
