They are good,but red beans have the highest protein. lentils are low fat,high fiber and very nutritious. You can eat a good bit of them and still not get too many calories.

I get weak on the weekends man... love a good breakfast. Once son goes off to college though the wife and I are gonna eat super healthy... me by request, her not so willingly lol.
