Legs are swollen from the knees to feet & achy knees

Well I took a water pill (Furosemide 20mg) yesterday & today.They have me pissing like 3 times an hour.Feet & calves are still swollen though.I'm supposed to work my legs & biceps today but I'm debating on taking a week off entirely.Any thoughts?

Ya man, me too. I spend a lot of this lifestyle....but it's what I love to do. Some guys like flashy cars, flashy clothes, motorcycles, or whatever else....but for me it's bodybuilding. More power to those that have the financial means to do it all!

Yeah that's what I was thinking too.I'll take the week off then start up again next Sunday on the 28th.That's when I start my next sarms stack too.

I'm wondering if I should go to the hospital & see if they can do anything for this.I'd really like to get this cleared up before work tomorrow.They'll probably just prescribe me some water pills.

Try some aspirin while you take time off to reduce swelling and alleviate some bp.

Take the week off and regroup....I would take Ibuprofen at 3200mg's a day for the next 2 days...
3200 is the max dose a day.....I did this before and it works pretty good for swelling and water retention..

I have Naproxen.It's prescription anti-inflammatory meds.I usually take around 1400mgs a day.Thanks bro

Well I found out what was causing this.It was the Naproxen.I googled "Naproxen swollen feet ankles" & all the symptoms popped up.
