Hey thanks for the input guys.I think it's either my carpel tunnel or arthritis acting up.My wrists have been hurting like hell lately especially on my pulling movements like rows & curls.I'm going to lower the weight & just do maintenance until it gets better.The swelling went down quite a bit since yesterday,It seems like it comes & goes.Probably another ailment I'm just going to have to live/deal with. #gettingoldsucks
