So I finally put pen to paper and bought my 12 week cycle (what better way to spend my tax refund).
About me:
Weight - 204
BF% - 13.8%
Training history: CrossFit since 2010, plus globo gym added in there occasionally.
Deadlift - 535
Back Squat - 400
Bench - 245 (torn labrum & separated shoulder)
DIET:
Currently doing carb cycling with 20-4 fasting.
Calories: adjusted daily based on %BF & maximum safe lbs/wk loss. At 10% BF protocol will switch to 15% caloric surplus with basis protein consumption at 1.2g/lb LBM.
CURRENT MACROS
Protein- 1g/lb lean body mass
M-R: Low carb-high fat
F-Su: 40% Carb
Fasting all days (weekends are 18-6)
**My body has been doing amazing since I started fasting a month and a half ago. Down 11lbs, muscles more defined, veins bulging (girlfriend asked me if I was cycling anything lol), and performance through the roof.**
Goals: Faster, stronger, leaner, more endurance.
Cycle: 12 weeks
LGD-4033 : 10 mg/day (morning)
S4: 50mg/day (split dose)
GW: 30 mg/day
SR9009: 20mg/day (every 3 hrs starting at 7)
PCT:
Clomid 50/25/25/25
GW
Training:
Crossfit - Monday-Saturday
Accessory - Monday-Saturday
Heavy - 3 days/wk
Sunday- Low-Impact (cardio, yoga, etc)
