So I finally put pen to paper and bought my 12 week cycle (what better way to spend my tax refund).

About me:
Weight - 204
BF% - 13.8%
Training history: CrossFit since 2010, plus “globo gym” added in there occasionally.
Deadlift - 535
Back Squat - 400
Bench - 245 (torn labrum & separated shoulder)

DIET:
Currently doing carb cycling with 20-4 fasting.
Calories: adjusted daily based on %BF & maximum safe lbs/wk loss. At 10% BF protocol will switch to 15% caloric surplus with basis protein consumption at 1.2g/lb LBM.
CURRENT MACROS
Protein- 1g/lb lean body mass
M-R: Low carb-high fat
F-Su: 40% Carb
Fasting all days (weekends are 18-6)
**My body has been doing amazing since I started fasting a month and a half ago. Down 11lbs, muscles more defined, veins bulging (girlfriend asked me if I was cycling anything lol), and performance through the roof.**

Goals: Faster, stronger, leaner, more endurance.

Cycle: 12 weeks
LGD-4033 : 10 mg/day (morning)
S4: 50mg/day (split dose)
GW: 30 mg/day
SR9009: 20mg/day (every 3 hrs starting at 7)

PCT:
Clomid 50/25/25/25
GW

Training:
Crossfit - Monday-Saturday
Accessory - Monday-Saturday
Heavy - 3 days/wk
Sunday- Low-Impact (cardio, yoga, etc)

So yeah, that’s everything. Let me know what you think and sub if you want. Should be fun!

So I’m noticing some water retention. Nothing crazy, but definitely not dumping water like I would during carb cycling. Given what I’m doing for my cycle, should I be using a test base? Like a transdermal or anything?

I can’t take the M1-Mk and Cardazol (although I totally would) because I can’t have that much caffeine. I’m on Vyvanse and it would pretty much kill me.

Well I had some arimicare on hand, and that has definitely helped with some of the water retention. However, the lethargy is not fun.

No you are fine without a test base on sarms since they dont shut you down
