Hey guys. New here. Been following Dylan Gemelli's videos for a while. Shitty that Youtube messed with his channels. Anyways. I am curious to hear about anyones experience with knee issues. I don't really know how, but I think I injured my right knee in the gym. I feel a mild ache on the left side of my right knee next to my knee cap. It also cracks a little bit when I extend my lower leg. It doesn't hurt bad, but I have noticed a bit of discomfort for about a week. I'm not going to train legs for a few more days. Anyways, should I be worried? Any ideas of how to get it back to 100%? Should I be afraid that squatting will make it much worse? Thanks, guys!
