you won't Gain strength by just taking something and not doing anything.
If that was the case, it would be simple.
 
Go to a gym and watch the way people trained, who are strong. That is how you learn. You don't learn by sitting on the couch.
 
Maybe a little. But why no training?
I honestly don't know what to do or where to start when it comes to strength training
There are plenty of string training protocols.
I would start with learning compound lifting.
What compound lifts would you suggest ?

Back then I used to do a full body routine but I kind of want to try a body split routine to train on multiple days per week.

Well I've lost 40+ lbs by eating a lot of protein but I was also a mail carrier during the time so while taking SARMs I was delivering mail and a lot of heavy packages on a military base until I recently got terminated before the holidays, but I used to do a full body strength training routine that only consisted of the only 5-6 exercises you needed (but it was kind of getting old and I was getting tired of always doing it) then COVID hit, I lost hope because I hit a plateau where I was stuck at 190 lbs therefore I gained 30 lbs during that period and ever since then I don't know how to get back started again with lifting weights because mentally I'm not in that same mindset I was once in 4 years ago; therefore I will take all the help I can get.
 
Also I was thinking about doing a body split type of routine this time to work on all the muscles of my body while losing the rest of my leftover fat.
