So yea...wow. I had no idea this place existed. Took some time, read around the board a bit and was amazed at the difference.
I had joined evo cause it seemed fairly decent...but in the short time i was there I witnessed some shady biz. Alot of temper and trash talk too.

Dude...yea. Really. We had a rotary wall phone with a retractable cord. Real "Mad Men" shit, then. My allowance from Pop was a quarter, no lie (at 15!?!?) I remember getting a 35mm video camera for xmas (and my first weight set...cometo think of it). To see pictures...we dropped rolls of film off at the pharmacy and weighted a week.
Damn shits changed. "Instant gratification generation!!"

LOLLLL your reminding me of being a little kid bro LOL... I remember it all... not to mention my first "walkman" lollll... i thought i was so fucking cool with my snap bracelet and walkman... funny thing is, I still have ALL of these things... my mom even saved all my school work from preschool and elementary... LOLLL

That's nothing we still ran field phones in Afghanistan from the OP or the lookout back to Sgt of the Guard post. Yeah you same ones that we would crank in the old WW2 movies.
