My story:
I’m 46, 5’11, 214. 2 years ago I started my journey at 262 and 34% bf. I got down to 186 and 13% bf. I started my first bulk 6 months ago using LGD and Ostarine. I’m very pleased. My bench is up 50 pounds and I’ve kept my gains through pct. So I’m ready to shred and welcome your advice.
My plan:
2250 cals ed
188 carbs
62 fat
228 protein
Lift 5 x week (lower volume but very heavy)
Elliptical 5 x week x 15 minutes (warmup)
Treadmill 5 x week x 25 minutes LISS (after lifting - I love it)
Supplements:
Iron (I’m vegetarian)
Fish oil
Magnesium
Calcium
Multivitamin
Taurine
Preworkout
Whey
Sarms:
S4 25 mg Ed
Ostarine 15 mg Ed
GW 10 mg Ed
Mk-677 10 mg Ed
In a few weeks I will add:
SR9009 12.5 mg Ed
Yohimbine HCL starting low and ramping it up
