rafairchild2. I was a nervous wreck researching this stuff at first. about 3 weeks ago I was exactly where you are. Now I am 3% less body fat at the same weight as I was pre cycle. Shaved off roughly 40 seconds from run times so far (per mile pace). All lifts and reps are up as well. The progress from GW 501516 has been nothing short of impressive. But now that the MK2866 is kicking in, its a whole new ball game.
(by the way the GW has seemed to improve my anxiety as well. Like cured it I want to say at least while dosing its been eliminated. Its a bold claim with little evidence but I wanted to share.)
Its like with GW you gain a ton of pure endurance, just absurd amounts of it. And during my run I feel so many "2nd wind" moments, its like I can max my pace out then pace down, and be ready to pace up again really fast!
The MK2866 I wanna say has some minor strength benefits, but recently it feels like the "muscle endurance" has really kicked up.
Can't wait for the LGD to set in on week 5! (added LGD at the beginning of this week).
I was a bit hesitant to stack so many new things. But as I saw the results from the GW and MK I decided to go for broke and get LGD too. I wish I would have just started everything from the beginning now.
Honestly I really wanna try the S4 next time I think, but I am blown away by what is happening to my body so far.
