dude i saw your meal plan earlier and I don't think it is good for you. it needs to be refined. its too spaced out and sporatic, like 3 eggs at 7am and then 3 hrs later some grapes? it doesnt make sense, its like a puzzle with jagged pieces..

you arent eating that many cals so i would drop the protein shake, you can get enough protein from real foods and it will save you money.

the crackers have to go - that is just empty carbs and salt, No Bueno.

red meat is ok but i wouldnt make it a part of your daily diet, you are trying to shred man. Get Tuna and Tilapia and Chicken Breast and you are good to go.

to fix this diet we really need your stats, like age, height, weight, BF %, etc. then we can break down your macros and caloric intake and go from there..

Grapes and crackers are for children. You need more good foods. Plus dark meat turkey wings are no good. Boneless skinless breasts with low cal low sodium seasonings. Tuna or whitw fish like cod or talapia. The beef is ok but if cutting stay away from the fatty steaks. Do more sirloin or london broil. Less fats. Also boiled eggs in the am. No go on that should be eggwhites only. All the fat and cholesterol in the yolks. Which are on cheat days but not everyday.

ok. have you calculated your BMR? you can do it online.

the macros will be a certain percentage of protein, fat, carb it is based on your daily Cals, for instance a protein, carb,fat of 45,40,15 will mean 45% of your daily cals come from Protein, 40% of cals come from carbs, and so on. 1g protein=4cals, 1g carb=4cals, 1g fat=9 cals. you can use those figures to calculate it.

Well if i were you i would figure out your adjusted bmr before setting a caloric intake. You could be holding yourself back. What is you age height and weight?

As far as red meat it looks fine man. I personally don't put a lot of stock in te red meat scare stuff. It doesn't make any sense to me that one type of animal would be less healthy than another. It's more about the fat content of the meat that matters anyway.

Herbal life is a crap company IMO. Their shakes are filled with crap, so I don't put any faith in anythingn they say either. But that's just me.

yeah i dont buy into that..Beef is one of, if not the most complete amino acid profile for a protein. Nothing hits me as hard as Beef, Salmon is a close second though.
 
Ya the question isnt really about beef but which beef. As in if cuttin or bulking ypu would eat diff types of beef

Lol..i always eat lean Beef, i cant stand fatty beef. im a Sirloin man or very lean ground beef drained. only meat i like fatty is Salmon.
 
peanut butter and celery instead of grapes and crackers. or a few slices of cold cuts (if you can get it without nitrates and low fat, then even better).

should /try/ tofu. it's leaner and a more complete protein than chicken (though not as a good protein as eggs or beef! it's all about variety). a body builder friend of mine turned me on to it. here's a recipe I posted a while back that's a good way to fill a french fry craving without guilt:

yea it's not for everybody, and I was surprised how much I took to the stuff after I tried it a couple different ways.

it's light and lean, and no cholesterol, and has a good amino profile.

it's one of those things to try and judge, and maybe forget about (or maybe roll into your regular routine, like me)

Lol yeah. I tried it dude but man, its just so floppy and weird tasting. similar to mushrooms and squash for me, cant stand either..
