Is this GYNO?

I have a hard button like lump under my right Nipple/Arreola from DHEA or LGD? It's not noticeable with the naked eye but if you apply firm pressure around the area you can feel it.

Is assuming this is GYNO, got it checked out by a Doctor who says she thinks it's GYNO as well..

I'm currently on my 2nd stack of LGD + OSTARINE stack and it's about to be done in 2 weeks.

What do you recommend for PCT and is there any way to get rid of this bump?
