Looking though the old threads, back on the last page, it looked like PSL was approved. I went through about 10 pages and gave up. They haven't posed in a while. Does anyone know what happened?
No, they are not. I haven't heard anything about them in a couple of years. I have used them bf with good success however. There was an incident where a vial had something in it (a floaty or some shit) and they told their customer to use it anyways.
