Is Nolvadex bad for a deca pct?

Hi guys i just watched a video from elitefitness and it said not to use Nolvadex for a deca cycle pct it will have your progesterone levels off. Is it true? If so what should it be replaced with? Or just do a normal pct minus Nolvadex?

You are fine to use Nolva in Pct after Deca. You just don't want to use it while on cycle with the Deca. There's a lot of conflicting misinformation out there on this, but basically just know that you don't want to run the, together, but post cycle is perfectly fine. This is what your pct should be

Clomid 50/50/25/25
Nolva 40/20/20/20
Aromasin 12.5mg EOD
MK-2866 25mg ED
GW 20mg ED

you just do not use nolvadex side by side with deca but otherwise you definitely use it in pct...
