Hey guys what's up? Just wanted to post an introduction and a bit about myself.
I'm 5"7 168 lbs 25 years old.
Started lifting in high school but took a time off and got lazy. I've been consistently lifting for 4 years now, and have been happy with my progression but am always looking for advice. My end goal is to be up to about 185 but my job requires me to be able to maintain a level of cardio where it's not productive to be too heavy for my height.
