Been watching Dylan's videos and doing my own research on SARMS for about two years. New to these forums and looking for some guidance.
Im 31 years old.

15% BF
Training: I have been training on and off since 18, I have been training 6 times a week for the last 3 years though. I play football twice a week
History: I have done an ostarine, S4 and GW cycle before in an effort to recomp(last March) Saw okay results from it but I think the gear I got wasnt quite up to par...
Supplements: Taking Multi Vits, Omega oils, VitC, vitD3 and creatine daily.
Nutrition: Diet is pretty good. Eat the same thing everyday. I'll occassionly have a meal out with friends. I dont drink. Tracking Macros just below maint calories with 40% protein 30% fat 30% carbs
Past injuries: I have twisted my knees/ankles pretty bad playing football, lowerback is pretty weak too. Leg day was never a good time for me. Slowly getting strength back though
Goals:
Looking to put on a little size whilst doing some recomp. 10% BF whilst putting on maybe 5 or 6 lbs of muscle.
Was thinking of doing 8 to 12 week cycle of:

LGD
GW
maybe MK677?
