Interested to compete in WPD - what should I use (never used anything before)?

Hello all,
I'm a 32 female, working out for 7 years, and personal train for the past 5.
I'm thinking about competing in the physique division, I'm aware building a "qualified" body fot this division might take some time.

some stats:
5'8"
160 lbs

sqauts: 220lbs for reps
deads: 300-350lbs for reps
bench press: 110lbs for reps (not so good I know)

obviously I struggle much much more with upper body building

I never used anything before but I know the basics "what's for women", potential sides etc.
Honestly, I'm not even sure if building a physique division body is possible with mild stuff such as anavar or LGD (is it really?). Somone said to me that Nandrolone Phenylpropionate is probably "the minimum" to start seeing such results with fully round 3d shoulders, arms, chest and back and that the mild ones will not suffice however I do care for my femininity.

Do anyone know of a competetive female who's basing her cycles only on SARMS or mild AAS ?

Sarms are extremely effective for females and very safe, unlike steroids.

You want to stay far away from things like NPP as a female.

My recommendation would be the following cycle

1-12 mk2866 12.5mg the first two weeks then 25mg per day dosed in the am
1-12 S4 50mg per day split 25mg am and 25mg 4-6 hours later
1-12 GW 20mg per day dosed 30 minutes pre workout

i know several that are competing with mild aas and sarms... i have helped 3 just recently with their cycles for competition... whoever told you npp was the minimum is a disgrace and a joke... seriously... unbelievable...

here is what i would go with...

1-12 GW-501516 (CARDARINE) 20 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.
1-12 S4 (ANDARINE) 50 mg day... split doses... 25 mg in the a.m. and 25 mg 4-6 hours later
1-12 mk2866 12.5 mg per day first two weeks then bump to 25 mg per day, dosed once a day in the a.m.
7-12 anavar 10 mg day

Well, that guy who suggested NPP was reffering to top olympia women's physique look like that of Dana Lynn Bailey.
Anyway if you say it is possible with milder stuff then that's really good news and thank you for the Cycle recommendations. Just few questions and added information:

1. My work won't allow me to mess with my vision so S4 (I guess) is out of the game?
2. @DylanGemelli is that normal to stack 3 sarms plus anavar as a first cycle?
3. Should I expect any sides with all those stacked together? I mean, even if each substance won't cause any sides by itself, does consuming them all together change the sides probabilty?
4. I have no idea where and how to get legit var yet. Should I labmax whatever var i get despite of reputation of the source? if anyone can provide me a legit supplier even in a p.m, that would be much appreciated

most people generally start with a sarms triple stack so thats completely normal... consuming more than one DOES NOT change probability of negative occurrence... i dont get into sources so thats something to post in the source section

My GF recently started with SARMs and she does not have an aggressive time goal of competition deadline but she does want to compete in bikini. Her history under the bar in around 2y so she will probably respond more readily than you due to your more extensive lifting history, however we decided to start conservative with just 12.5mg ED ostarine for 10w bumping to 25 at 2wk and she is seeing 3-4lb of muscle gain in the first 4wk. Naturally that will probably slow. Next we'll try ostarine and LGD. I've been quite impressed and surprised with she result. It got me to try LGD as a bridge to my next cycle. I had had a bad source on my first try with sarms and saw nothing and decided it was worthless. I think it was just bad source. I'll say she thinks ostarine is making her period much lighter. That's just notable.

nice thanks for sharing and yes, you definitely did not have a good source on your own lgd.. im sure it would have been far different with the right quality

The first thing I tried was RAD140 and SR9009 together and I saw absolutely nothing over 8wk! I was pissed. When I needed to order SARMSX was down so I did a bunch of research and found someone considered reliable. My strength post cycle has been really impressive. I'm hitting Press PRs after dropping from 700 test to 220 on TRT so clearly it's real.
