Injection site recovery and rotation

Man, I hope this doesnt seem like a dumb question.................

So, until recently I was injecting Test SQ in the stomach area (TRT dosage of .35 mL of 200mg/mL Cyp). Based on where I hold SQ fat I divided what I considered prime area into 12 sections and, at two .35 mL injections per week, I could go 6 weeks without hitting the same section. Seems like I was giving each site more than enough time to process the compound, recover, etc. Recently I switched to IM (quads) with the hopes of running a light cycle in January-ish and I just wanted to get back in the habit of going IM. Because volumes will be more and/or injection frequency may be increased on cycle, I have a few questions.

1) Do any of you guys have a "rule of thumb" for how much space you leave between sites? For example, leaving atleast a X inch space between sites per mL injected.

&

2) When do you switch major locations or how much time do you let pass before hitting a previously hit site? For example, say I "exhaust" quad sites for both legs........do you just start back over on the quads immediately or do you move to say the delts until a certain period has passed on the quads?

&

3) Am I just overthinking this?

I understand that this varies from person to person and I imagine some guys (possibly most) dont even worry about it but Id still like to hear some opinions for those of you that have them.

I just pin left glute sunday, right glute thursday no more than up to 3cc each side and i do not pay attention to any spacing as long as the location is prime

Same here, however I go glute, glute, right quad, left delt. I am pretty sure scar tissue will build up over time regardless. I do my best just to be slow and steady.

Ya bro, not much can be done bout scar tissue and fibrosis over time.. use small gauge needle and alternate a bit, use good injection techniques.

Right glute, left glute, right shoulder, left shoulder, then back to glutes & repeat. I can do quads from time to time, just have to be in right frame of mind.

I don't think about spacing injection areas apart, as long as I'm providing enough adequate time for recovery of the site. I don't pin any site more than once per week. The more frequent I need to pin, the more sites I add into the rotation.

For example right now I'm doing both quads and both glutes, and pinning 3 times per week, so each site gets pinned once every 10 days or so
