Injectable glutathione

Hey guys, I use a sublingual glutathione for various health benefits. Seems to help with mental sharpness, plus it has other less detectable benefits.

Has anyone any info if injections would be better?

If so, dosage and frequency instructions? Is it sublingual q or into the muscle?

Thanks
Jeff

eh not a fan of amino acid injections like this.

better off picking a bottle of n2guard or getting injectable b12

Yes, these are tremendous and definitely the best way to take glutathione... injectable gives you WAY more significant absorption over the pills, which are drastically less... it depends on your personal metabolism and digestive health on how well you absorb pills... bioavailability is quite low with them... injections go DIRECTLY into your bloodstream and complete pass the digestive tract... FAR FAR FAR more absorption and you get immediate utilization by your bodies cells..

I recently started back with b12 shots and the feeling is night and day literally. Just a sense of overall well being not long after the injection.

Yes, the injections are proven to work. I started doing them a few years ago and have been a big proponent of them myself

Yeah i used a formula called bio boost few years back, did the bare minimum amount and it made my b vitamin levels sky rocket 4 tikes the normal amount 😂 anxiety through the roof lol.
