Info on pct for first cycle

Hey Dylan. Hope you're doing well. Very informative stuff on your channel, thanks for all the info. I have a small question I need abit of advice. I am on Test E and anavar as my first ever cycle, and currently on week 4. Want to run it for 12 weeks, var for the first and last 4 then the 500mg per week of Test E. For pct I have clomid and nolvadex. I have seen many things about pct and after seeing your channel I believe I can trust you. Can you please advice on how to run the pct after my cycle?
