If you are going for 1000 ius a week reconstitute it with 5 mls of bacteriostatic water. Each ml will be 1000 ius
5000iu's would mean half of what you take is 2500. 1/5th is 1000iu's and so on
Don't mix that much in one go

Make sure you are storing it in the fridge too

1ml Bac Water each 2IU will give you 1000iu of HCG
It all depends on the dosing you prefer
