I wanted to re-visit this topic as I believe perhaps it was Rick Rock who had given us some great remedies for dealing with tren sides a while back on the old forum. I personally don't suffer much from the tren sweats as bad as others but can be a little "emo" at times which is a bit out of my character. So, I try to supplement with things that keep me positive and in a good mood. Also patience patience and stead fast patience is important. So... Please, experienced Tren users post up the best ways you deal with tren side effects.
 
It's really no big deal. Understand that your emotions may bounce around. Tell your significant other and ride the wave.
 
HAHAHA! Tren definitely gets me beast mode as long as I keep it higher than my test. I never have trouble sleeping either for the most part but for guys that do have trouble sleeping what do you think are healthy ways of combating the tren-somnia some guys get? I always here the tried and true honey at night, warm glass of milk etc. For me a small dose of melatonin works wonders for me and I barely ever have to use it.
 
As far as te sides we are talking about here. 5htp, mk677, Benadryl, ice cold air condition. Marijuana is very helpful with the aggression and seratonin suppression. Adderall also keeps me very calm and level headed but adderall is not something I would recommend to just anyone to use for that reason, however it does work I've found.

For me it's much more serious than some simple warm milk at night. I get it bad.

I get the sweats occasionally, but all the other stuff I don't get. I love the Tren and it loves me back.
 
I don't get it bad but yes, I did start 5-htp yesterday and I hope that improves my mood per say. That's really the only thing that I struggle with. Every now and then I get the sweats but I'm always sweating - it's what I do and fucking yesterday was 110 - JEEEZUS

ya its hot as fuck here too 107.5 about an hour ago im sure the heat index is 115 or some shit. fuck oklahoma
 
I have actually put off my tren I was planning on starting strickly due to the August heat and my working outdoors. I don't know any fix for that. As for aggression, I would agree that patience and maturity are key. If you can get away with marijuana, I personally have no problem with it, but don't smoke at present (again the job). Melatonin helps with sleep as mentioned, and I will occasionally use a unison sleep gel or two. If you have a xanax prescription one before bed does wonders, but I don't recommend using it outside of prescription, or certainly not much. Not a healthy option.
 
GW helps a lot with the negative cardio aspects from Tren, as well as lipids, and blood pressure that Tren wrecks. I get appetite suppression and acid reflux bad from that. A little Prilosec seems to help me with that. A little melatonin before bed seems to help sleep a bit.

I have yet to find anything that helps with the emotional sides. I know marijuana probably does help a lot, but I can't exactly do that because of getting random drug screens at work
