Good morning Dylan, Rickrock and company
searched the forum for fat loss info but what i found were guys looking to lose fat so they can cut up. im not looking to cut up, i just want to be able to reduce my belly so i can look down and see my boys.
5' 10 290lbs. 20lbs of fat loss should should give me enough clearance to reunite me with my boys.

started 12 week cycle on 5/18/16 (thank you Dylan)
mk-677
LGD
gw-501516

pct clomd and gw

my cardio consists of walking into the gym and walking out. I hate cardio!!
I know, i have to start some cardio. my question is, should i add something to my cycle like sr9009 or fatburner or just hit the cardio. most fatburner suck so if you recommend one pls give me the product name.

thanks in advance

Welcome to isarms Thanasi. You need to remember that Sarms are a supplementation of proper diet and training. They aren't magic drops that drop pounds and body fat, you still need to put the hard work and sacrifice in!!! At 5'10 , 280lbs you have well over 80lbs to lose and the best way is cardio!!!! Dont skimp on it

PHURIOUS PHARMA REP

yep you cant skip cardio but at the same time you cant jump on the treadmill and sprint either. when 5 I started last year I would do 5-10 minutes on elliptical less stress on the joints. but like you I hated cardio but it got easier and easier and before long I was doing 2 cardio sessions a day for about 45-60 mins each. the gw and sr will def make you feel better about cardio for sure but that's where you have to start

DIET comes first..everything else is just an aid

post up your diet plan and let us help you tweak it for the best results

Well bro, I hate to break it to you but you are going to need to lose a lot more than 20 lbs. much more....so you need to really get a handle on your diet first and foremost. Here is a good place to start https://www.isarms.com/forums/steroids-sarms-information/diet-nutrition-basics-101-a-3314.html

As for sarms, sr9009 is one you really should add, and I would also add S4. Both will really help your fat loss when combined with GW and the other sarms you are running. Your whole protocol will look like this

1-12 lgd-4033 10 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.
1-12 S4 50 mg day... split doses... 25 mg in the a.m. and 25 mg 4-6 hours later
1-12 GW-510516 (CARDARINE) 20 mg day… dosed all at once 30 minutes before workout…
1-12 MK-677 25mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.
1-12 SR-9009 30mg per day (5mg dosed 6 times every 2-3 hours)

PCT

Clomid 50/25/25/25
GW 20mg per day

It doesn't matter what you want to do. Gain weight and strength or cut fat you have to do the work in three places.
First and most important is the kitchen. If you do not have your diet set up right you will fail.
Second is the gym. Put the work in search the web and find 3 or 4 lifting programs you like and rotate them every 6 weeks. And accept the fact that cardio is your friend. (LOL)
Third is the bedroom. You need enough rest to let your body heal and grow/cut fat.

Supplementation is just that, it supplements the effort you put into the 3 categories listed. It can really help but you have to do the work.

It can be done. I have lost close to 90 lbs per Dr last week. It has not always been easy or fun (I miss cookies!!!!!) but it is worth it!

Thanks everyone, i really appreciate everyone time they put into posting on my issue and great advice and YOGerhead motivation song, i will play it in the gym today. Rick's article is so detailed, im sure it has the answers i need. i will have to really sink my teeth into it tonight. NJBRO mentioned sleep and thats been a problem, if i can drop the weight i probably can get rid of the sleep apnea machine, nothing sucks more then having a mask and hose attached to your head when your trying to sleep.. Will hit the gym today and will hit cardio.

hey bro... you need to make diet and especially cardio your primary focus right now... without these, you are not going to get where you are wanting to be... cardio is going to be a necessity here... i would HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend 5 days of cardio 30-45 minutes per day and you absolutely are going to have to start eating at a deficit daily, even off days... you have to make some serious sacrifices if you TRULY want this... its all about making the sacrifice to get what you want... you have to make a decision... you CAN do this... the SARMS will absolutely help and what you asked about sr9009 is a great question because it will be highly beneficial for you as it helps enhance and jumpstart your metabolism... so that would be a wise addition as would s4... other than that, its really up to you brother... we can help with your diet if you post it up as well...

The guys and gals on here are like having the Smithsonian Institute in your living room when it comes to this stuff. Between Rick, Jake and Dylan you're surrounded by geniuses... cut and swole ones at that! I take everything they say and try my best to absorb it all in my tiny intellect. They make 44 smarterer and smarterer, I might be able to get my license to walk and talk at the same time thanks to them Bro. Good luck and thank you for approaching this with an open mind and ears.

That's the problem I can!!!!! LOL

I distinctly remember liking those macadamia nut cookies though. I binge eat a cake every 4 months though... it's my man period I guess. Other than that the sweetest snack I have is a piss poor granola bar. You just made me miserable... lol

Sign up to MyFitnessPal.com & log EVERYTHING you eat & drink. There's an app for your phone too,so no excuses not to log.It has a bar code scanner too for packaged foods. It's very user friendly.
That's what I did 678 days ago.I was 262 with a 42" waist when I started & now I'm 185 & a loose 36".
You can adjust your macros through the settings too.

I agree with everyone else.Cardio is a MUST.Start out by taking walks at a normal pace, then start walking faster & longer.

Good luck & welcome!
