I would love to learn Krav Maga also, pretty deadly but I need to master BJJ and Muay Thai first, black belts in BJJ take about 10 years give or take. Muay Thai is just very repetitive and not as fun.

Infamous punch of death! Need to learn thst one! As medical professional am required to take self defence training and react training, being aware of surroundings and possible danger, same as police. We required by law to report if we suspect human trafficking, domestic violence, criminal activity, etc. Everyone is not going to like us because of this. Technically we are protected by department of defence. Assault on Health Care worker is auto matic federal felony. Am taking my self defence training further than requirement, to black belt. As RN, I have access as administrator to highly valuable drugs many would want. I must meet a certain standard of self defence skills if am attacked for what is in my medication and crash cart! It is not going to hurt being RN who is well built either!
