I am hungry

The transformation contest has left me hungry for more!!! The contest has lit the competitive fire inside me and I am excited to get back on stage!! I plan to compete October or November of 2018. There is a national qualifier in my area every oct/nov. this year it is November 4th but wanted to give myself enough time to prepare! I plan to start my folowing 16 week cycle on 5/21 and going to use it as a trial contest prep cycle.

Thank you for reading and would everyone's thoughts and critics. Again my goal of this cycle is to run a trial pre contest cycle. If I decide not to use tren any other ideas to replace please suggest!! I plan to start a log while running this cycle which will include my periodized workout plan, nutrition plan, blood work pre cycle, mid cycle between week 8-12, post pct blood work.

First, congrats on the bug biting you. As Jay Cutler told me when he asked me if I competed 'Age is not a factor'. I commend you. Although I like the look of being an off season bodybuilder I'm too hard on myself and critical now to step on a stage even though at the local level I'd probably wreck shop. Not only does it take guts, you have to have a certain level of satisfaction with oneself and I'm my own biggest critic. I often stand in the mirror and evaluate everything to the smallest detail and identify weaknesses quickly. I was talking to a good bb'r friend and we openly discussed my technically missing my window. If I had started AAS ten years before I had I might be where I want to be and have a passion for the rigors of competing more so than I do a good juicy steak. I was really trimmed up, but am oddly enough adding some bulk now. I say go for it with exception to the tren. If you have asthma I wouldn't try it... well I would, but I wouldn't recommend anyone to try it. I'm a huge fan of tren. So much in fact like a jackass I mixed it into all of my test like a moron lol. What state are you in? I might have to come peep you out when you compete if you ain't like forever hours away. If you're really lean like you said come close to prep time you realize high doses of mast will work out way better than tren as far as extreme 'cutting'.

Thanks for the reply 44!!! I have decided not to run tren. I agree with you on being our own worst critic but I believe that's what keeps us pushing to reach the physique we have invisioned in our minds. For me I love the challenge of the discipline required to get on stage, I love the focused energy given to a specific goal, I love hearing the doubt in my mind and proving it wrong over and over again!!! I love the science of putting together a plan to achieve my goal. At this point in my life working out is my meditation. I don't need anger to lift heavy weights I just need to be fully in the moment from the time I park my car till my last sec of cardio. For me there is so much more to contest prep then how my physique looks which fuels me to keep going!! I am in Mass bro and would love if you made it to watch the show!!!

Bro Massachusetts is FAR away from Texas and those months that you mentioned... gotta be cold up there. Shit, I might freeze. Hell maybe I'll risk it. Too much free time on my hands as it is, besides I love seafood and I know after the show you're gonna want to pig the fuck out! We shall see bro.
I, myself, am a bit of a diet discipline failure lol. I eat heathy for the most part, but I love sushi, steaks, goat, seafood... food period if it tastes good and isn't too fattening/greasy. I ate some of the worst shit in Iraq and The Stan and I figure if you can afford to eat well and like to do it... why tf not do it. Fuck I have lobster on my mind now... wth. Damn with melted butter...

Haha mass is a long trip brother!! If you decide to come up this way let me know bro!! As far as the seafood I am allergic but would take you to few spots that have a great reputation for their seafood and it's on me!! With your passion for this sport I really think you should consider doing a show!! If you do I am coming to Texas!!
