How to take sarms in mouth?

Sorry candid questions
I want to take s4 and gw the morning :

1/ do I have to take gw then s4 or can I mix the 2?
2/ do I put the liquid(s) on the tongue and keep it seconds/minutes or in the throat and swallow and have glass of water then?

I saw in a forum the necessity to keep it sublingual for a moment. I also read other things

Do not take it sublingual.
Just swallow it down.

Take your sarms in any order and at any time that's convenient for you.
Don't overthink it.

if you put it under your tongue, you are going to be really sorry broseph... you will not be happy, trust me... they are suspended in gain alcohol (everclear) and it is NOT pleasant under the tongue LOLL

just take them each on their own bro... take them straight down and if you need a chaser, you can use on... grapefruit juice is always best for max absorption..

Great info. Dont mean to invade on someone's thread. Just curios Dylan and Rick if the sarms are taken and say you get pulled in at work for a breathalyzer test will it show up. Sorry if its a dumb question its just that im pretty close to getting some sarms and im a driver where i work and we always getting randoms. Thanks in advance.

No. No concerns there.
The alcohol content is very miniscule in a dose. You would have to drink the whole bottle for it to even register.
It's like the equivalent of mouthwash.
