How to go about fixing an error injection

Hi I am Tebogo I started my first cycle on sustenon 320 I took my first shoot last week and this Saturday And everything went very well. As I took my second short the problem occurred when I was injecting my second cycle on the left hand tricep I did not realize that the injection was slightly going out during the injecting process. Now my skin is swollen and a bit hard what can I do to address the problem of my skin.

I'm having trouble understanding just where in the hell you injected exactly. I hope it wasn't into the tricep. But whatever the case, it sounds like it wasn't a good site. Damage is done now you just have to wait it out for the swelling to go down.

Dude why would you inject your tricep? Heating pad helped my pip last time I had it. Stick to the glutes,delts, and quads and I would stick with the glutes intel you are more familiar with injection protocol.

No dont go to a doctor unless you are scared its an infection and actually have the signs to warrant an infection.

If the oil leaked from outside the muscle and is now underneath the skin making it swell up and look/feel funny dont worry. Give it about 1 hour up to 2 days it should be completely gone.

Maximum 4 days. I wouldnt do any pressing movements until then either.

What just happened to your tricep is extremely common. Some guys wont admit it due to embarrassment but it literally happens to all of us at least once.
