How many ounces of meat are there in a chicken breast?

Hi everyone, I'm following a clean diet based on chicken and vegetables ,I need to know how many ounces of meat are there in a chicken breast,I know depending on the size of the breast it could vary , but what would be the average quantity ? thanks.

Depends on the size again, you can see the OZ. on the package, usually 6-8 oz of chicken is regular.

It is very hard to tell....there are so many different chickens....the approximate weight provided by RackCity is right, but you can never tell for sure....
