Hey guys,

I'm sure I saw in a thread recently someone mention a "hormone tracker."

What do I get and where do I get it? Google Play is showing me period tracking apps...but I'm controlling my estro and hasn't come to that yet LOL

I'm only assuming it's somewhere where u plug in your dosages and it calculates blood concentration by looking at ester lengths and half lives?

Check out this site, which gives a pretty good indication of when you can expect to be at peak with different compounds. You can enter multiple compounds, esters, cycle length, dosage, etc...

Thanks guys. Figures it was something like this but maybe an app. Website is good.

Sooooo I had a play with this as I'm gonna prob jump from test e to test prop at some point. Sorry if this is a dumb thing to ask but seems that age old question about pinning frequency.

Seems like ed pinning keeps blood levels more stable?

Ooops I think I see what I did there. Left the same dosage for ed and eod. Should have halved it. So that balances it around the 25 mark but eod still dips below that level a little bit.

ED pinning will keep it more stable, but EOD pinning is perfectly fine. I don't think you will be able to perceive a difference either way
