High blood presure, please help !!

I ran a cycle of test and dbol and my pct finished on 6dec but since then my blood presure is elevated. It ranges between 140/80 to 160/80 keeps fluctuating. I did take an ai during my cycle.

What could be the cause of this ?

Dbol and tren make my blood pressure skyrocket. Have you donated blood? I'd get some celery seed extract, Hawthorne berry and some beet root juice. That usually brings mine down quick

How's your work life stress , how much water your drinking daily ? Have you done labs after your cycle ? Post your labs doing simple stuff like extra water and continuing your workouts help

MOST ANYTHING can cause increase in blood pressure, especially AAS or drugs and even more so with tren or dbol. What was you BP range prior to AAS usage and what were you doing right before you took you Blood pressure readings ?

^Except Blood Pressure medications, thos will not increase blood pressure lol. So not everything, but mostly anything

You might want to try Tbol instead of Dbol next time... That'll probably help some also...

bro, you ran a METHYLATED ORAL STEROID... there are HIGH levels of hepatoxicity with orals... this is why i stress so hard about not just protecting the liver since that all anyone ever seems to care about... blood pressure gets hit hard... you need to get hawthorne and coq10 at the very least... these two work extremely for cardiovascular and heart health in general...

There could be a number of reasons your BP is elevated, but if your cycle ended in December it's not from that unless your blood numbers like hematocrit and RBC are high. It could be diet related, sodium, water weight, if your bodyfat increased it can cause it, stress in your life....too many variables to say for sure without knowing more about you and your current situation

I drink anywhere between 3-5 ltrs of water a day.
Yes I got labs Dono and everything Came back normal except for high Uric acid level

My Bp range was normal before I did this cycle 120/75, nothing special just decides to measure my blood presure while sitting at home

My liver values were just fine Dylan, I got my hematocrit,liver,kidney,thyroid all checked up and eventing was in healthy range.
What surprised me the most is that my cycle finished in early November and i am still running high bp

My diet is in check and I have started doing more cardio in order to improve my cardiovascular, I hardly drink or smoke like once a month

Last month when I was on vacation and got my bp checked to a local doctor there he said this could be due to many reasons, although I didn't told him about my aas use he said it could be due the fact the i may have an overactive adrenal gland which may be causing you this problem.
He said this after I showed him my blood reports.

I didn't ran aromasin but did use Armotraz (anastrozole) .5mg eod throughout my cycle, I droped the anastrozole a day before my pct started

That's probably why... You could have some serious estrogen rebound right now causing the high blood pressure. This is why we recommend Aromasin... It's a suicide aromatase inhibitor. It permanently kills estrogen. Anastrozole does not kill estrogen permanently and can cause rebound when you come off. The only way to know for sure is to do blood work again and check your estrogen.

Personally... I use Aromasin exclusively it's just better all around. If you have to use Adex (as you call it) during cycle and Aromasin during PCT at the very least.

Currently I'm off everything right now so that's why I'm asking whether adex will work this time or I'll once again get the estro rebound, I got adex in the first place because of the price tbh.
