I can't wait to watch this one tonight. I really haven't been one to experience much on high estrogen sides but I have a lot of experience with low estrogen sides, even recently while on trt....and that wasn't fun.

A lot of people can get confused on whether they are high or low because a lot of the symptoms can be similar

Will check this one out shortly. I've crashed my estrogen before. Talk about feeling like complete fucking garbage. Couldn't get myself going with any amount of caffeine. Just wanted to lay down all day. Definitely need to respect AI's.

Been both high and low and they both suck. Sypmtoms are very similar with small differences. Make sure u do bloods and dont go cheap on ai

Thank for this video. So for a pre cycle blood test to establish a baseline of where I'm at internally, should I opt for a blood test that will give values for free and total testosterone levels and E2 levels? FSH and LH.

im really glad this video helped all of you... i want to make it a point in newer videos to really dial in on side effects in great detail and explain WHY they occur so be prepared for really great in depth info on many types of side effects.. i want everyone to gain as much knowledge and protect themselves as best as possible...
