Hi ladies!

Wanted to stop by and introduce myself formally in the women's section here. My good friend RickRock, whom I've been very close to for about 15 years now, introduced me to Adrenaline Rush a few days ago. I'm excited to be here and learn as much as I can while helping and inspiring other ladies out there. Especially moms who think they can't ever be in the best shape of their lives.

A little background on me. My name is Amanda. I'm 31, married, and have 5 (yes 5) children. I run a children's clothing & accessory line from my home, and I LOVE it. I live in Illinois.... right up the road from Rick actually.
I have been training hard since I was about 14, so I have a pretty good knowledge of various exercises and how they could benefit you for the goals you have in mind. I can't say I'm a pro, but hopefully I can claim that in the near future as I'm planning on obtaining NASM certification...if i can talk my hub into it. If not, I'll be going for it as soon as I can fund it myself.
Goals: As far as fitness related goals, I have 4. 1) obtain PT certification through NASM 2) compete in either a figure or physique competition in a year 3) reach fitness model status 4) inspire others.

I won't bore you with my current stats, but I will get some before and progress pictures posted asap.

That's all I have for now. I'm here to inspire, encourage, assist in any way that I can. Don't be shy ladies. Stop by and introduce yourselves.

Hello again. Lol

There aren't many women on the board yet so it's up to you and I to build it dear. Hope you're up for the job because I have some ideas. We are going to build this place for women like no other site has. This will be the go to place for chicks!!!

I hope it ok for a guy to post in this section. If not, too bad! Lol
Anyway, without sounding disrespectful, id really enjoy seeing before and afters. It always amazes me and inspires me and others to see what a person can obtain when they put their mind to something

Does hubby train as well? If so, get his ass on here. If not, does he at least support you in your body building? I hope so. And 5 kids? Holy crap. I have to hand it to you for that. Kids are not easy.
As i said before, its great to see more ladies joining the forum.

Your clothing thingy sounds pretty cool as well. I think rr did a great job bringing over a good quality member here.

That's the plan ;) for now I'd like to encourage them to come out of the cracks they're hiding in and introduce themselves here. :)

He kinda half asses it jm. He likes that I lift to stay in shape, but doesn't support my long term goals. He doesn't approve of my use of sarms either. I did everything I could to inform him on what they are, but there's no swaying him once he's made up his mind about something. That's what I have y'all for I right? Lol

Thats the problem. Ppl will always frown upon things that are not socially accepted without doing any research

You've got that exactly right JM. That's why I'm trying to support her as much as I can. I know she isn't getting the support and encouragement she deserves at home. he didn't take her being on sarms very well, and there was no convincing him otherwise. His mind was made up, and there was nothing she could do about it, despite me trying to help her out in that situation best I can. The uneducated public will always give a negative connotation to things like these or any other PEDs because of the way the media portrays them. All of us that have been around know better, because we educated ourselves about things and realized that this whole PED thing is not so "bad" after all, but with some people you might as well be talking to the wall

He googled it RickRock. Remember? Lol in 5 minutes, he knew all there was to know. I do appreciate having your support in the areas that are lacking. If he wanted to get into bodybuilding, I'd sorry him 100%. Seems like it would be a win win situation. He also just doesn't want me to "look like that". Well I DO!

Not all guys like the muscled up woman look, and I think her husband is one of them. I think its hot as fuck, but not everyone does.

I agree with you about AAS use. Its not extremely rare for me to get sick too. Last time I was sick was 2012, and my bloodwork has never looked better. TRT is a lifesaver for me in so many ways. But you know how it is....the closed minded general public looks at us like those bad juicer types, when they are just making assumptions based on nothing more than the negativity the media has fed them over the years.

Ya you know he's not RickRock. Lots of guys aren't. But they also don't realize the difference between stage ready and just having size and definition. He thinks he knows more about fitness and diet than I do too. I just think it's hilarious.

Yep lol I don't want everyone to think I'm dogging my hub tho. There's just certain things we clash on.
